• Full Control Over Your Personal Data: As a government-approved solution, Freja adheres to all Swedish regulations regarding personal data, including GDPR. To get started with Freja, registration is a simple process that can be completed in several stages:

1. Create an account by verifying your email and setting a PIN.
2. Build your e-ID by taking a photo and adding a valid ID document. Our security team will verify your identity, which may take a few minutes during the day or longer at night and on weekends. You will be notified when the verification is complete.
3. Obtain Freja eID+, the highest level of security in Freja, by visiting one of our agents for a quick security check. This physical meeting is a legal requirement, and a list of available agents is accessible through Freja.
